Delivery and timing
Delivery runs Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. Next-day delivery is normal in Zones 1 and 2. Weekend events get a Friday drop and a Monday pickup at no extra charge. Book 1–2 weeks ahead for May–October weekends.
Can you deliver a porta potty today?
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday when you call (937) 230-2836 by 12:00 noon and the site is in Zone 1 or Zone 2. The dispatcher tells you on that call whether a truck can make it. Same-day adds a flat $50 rush fee, listed as its own line. Details are on the same-day porta potty rental page.
What time will the porta potty arrive?
Deliveries happen between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. An exact time can't be promised, because each day's route depends on that day's orders. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. Ask for a "morning drop" note and dispatch honors it whenever the route allows.
Can you set a time so someone can meet the driver?
Nobody has to meet the driver, so an exact appointment isn't needed. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk X, or text a photo of the spot. The driver's heads-up call or text about 30 minutes ahead gives you time to step outside if you want to be there.
Do you deliver the day before my event or the morning of?
Most event units arrive the business day before, so the toilet is in place no matter when the truck reaches you. Saturday events usually get a Friday drop, and a Saturday-morning drop is available on request. Morning-of delivery is risky for early events, since arrival times can't be promised. See event porta potty rental.
Can you deliver on Sunday for a Sunday event?
Sunday deliveries and pickups aren't offered. For a Sunday event, the unit arrives Friday or Saturday and is picked up Monday at no extra charge. The event rate is flat for the whole stay, so the extra days on site don't add to the bill.
How far ahead do I need to book a porta potty?
Next-day delivery is normal in Zones 1 and 2 most of the year. For May through October weekends and weddings, book 1–2 weeks ahead, because Friday routes fill first. Zone 3 orders need at least 2 business days. Couples planning a reception can start with wedding porta potty rental.
Is it cheaper to take delivery tomorrow instead of today?
Next-day delivery skips the $50 same-day rush fee, so tomorrow costs exactly $50 less. Everything else on the quote stays the same: the unit, delivery and pickup, any zone fee, servicing and sales tax. If the need can wait one day, waiting saves that fee.
Service area
Colin Rental Works delivers within about 80 miles of Dayton. Zone 1 covers roughly 25 miles around the city, with event delivery included. Zone 2 (25–50 miles) adds $40, and Zone 3 (50–80 miles) adds $95 and needs 2 business days of lead time. Give dispatch your ZIP code for a firm answer.
Do you service my ZIP code?
Service reaches about 80 miles from Dayton, including Springfield, Middletown, Cincinnati, Columbus and Richmond, Indiana. Read your ZIP code to the dispatcher at (937) 230-2836 and you get a clear answer on the first call, with no transfers. The service area page lists towns by county and zone.
Are you a local company or a call center?
Colin Rental Works is locally owned, with dispatch and the equipment yard in Dayton. The person who answers is a Dayton dispatcher who can see the truck schedule, not an out-of-state call center. Calls are answered live Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Which towns are in Zone 1?
Zone 1 is roughly 25 miles from Dayton: Montgomery County, Greene County, southern Miami County and northern Warren County. That takes in Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Centerville, Fairborn, Xenia, Tipp City and Springboro. Event delivery and pickup are included in Zone 1 prices.
How much more is delivery farther from Dayton?
Zone 2 (about 25–50 miles, such as Springfield, Middletown, Hamilton, Lebanon, Mason and Sidney) adds $40 to an event rental. Zone 3 (about 50–80 miles, such as Cincinnati, Columbus, Bellefontaine and Batavia) adds $95. The zone fee appears as its own line on your quote.
Do you deliver porta potties to Cincinnati and Columbus?
Both cities are in Zone 3, about 50–80 miles out, with a $95 event delivery fee. Plan on 2 business days of lead time. Same-day happens only when a truck is already routed that way. See the Cincinnati and Columbus pages for local details.
Do you deliver to Indiana?
Deliveries cross the state line into Wayne County, Indiana, including Richmond, west of Dayton on I-70. Call with your ZIP code and the dispatcher confirms the zone, the delivery fee and the earliest open date before you book.
Can you deliver to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base?
Deliveries to Wright-Patterson AFB job sites are possible for contractors. The contractor arranges gate access and driver badging with the base ahead of time. Tell dispatch the gate, the site contact and any escort rules when you book, so the truck isn't turned away at the gate.
Pricing and fees
A standard porta potty for a 1–3 day event starts at $165 in Zone 1, with delivery and pickup included. A 28-day job site or home rental starts at $175 per cycle plus a one-time $75 delivery and pickup, with weekly service. Every quote lists each line: unit, delivery, servicing, rush fee and tax.
How much does it cost to rent a porta potty?
Event rentals (1–3 days, Zone 1) start at $165 for a standard unit, $245 for a deluxe flushing unit with sink and $235 for a wheelchair-accessible unit. A hand wash station starts at $115 with a toilet. Restroom trailers start at $1,095 for a 2-stall weekend. The porta potty rental cost guide explains every line.
Is the price per day or for the whole rental?
Event and one-week rates are flat for the whole period, not per day. A Friday-to-Monday stay for a Saturday party costs the same as the unit sitting there one day. Long-term rentals bill per 28-day cycle, with weekly service included in that price.
How much is a porta potty for a month?
A standard porta potty for a home or job site starts at $175 per 28-day cycle, plus a one-time $75 delivery and pickup. Weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking are included. Later cycles bill at the cycle rate only, because delivery is paid once. See monthly porta potty rental.
If I only keep it three days, am I paying for a whole month?
A short job usually fits an event rental (from $165 for 1–3 days) or a one-week rental (from $195 with one service). Tell the dispatcher how many days you really need, and you get quoted the shortest option that fits. The 28-day rate is meant for longer stays.
Out of the total, what is the unit and what is delivery?
Every quote is itemized. The unit rental, delivery and pickup, any zone fee, servicing, any rush fee and sales tax each get their own line. You see the breakdown before you pay, and nothing is added after you book unless you add a service.
Are there fuel charges or other surprise fees?
Your quote lists every charge before you pay, and no fuel surcharge or extra fee gets added to the invoice later. The only extras are ones you choose: the $50 same-day rush fee, a $45 extra service visit, or another unit.
Is a porta potty with a sink cheaper than a standard unit plus a hand wash station?
A deluxe flushing unit with a built-in sink starts at $245 for an event. A standard unit ($165) plus a hand wash station ($115 with a toilet) starts at $280. The deluxe costs less for one unit, while the separate 2-sink station lets more guests wash at once.
Does a lock cost extra?
A padlock hasp is free on request. Job sites and units in public spots often use one. The key or combination is left wherever you ask, such as under the unit, with a site manager or in a lockbox.
Do tax-exempt groups pay sales tax?
Tax-exempt churches, schools, cities and nonprofits don't pay sales tax once their exemption certificate is on file. Text a photo of the certificate or send it with your booking, and the tax line comes off your quote before you pay.
Is the handicap porta potty more expensive?
The wheelchair-accessible unit starts at $235 for an event, which is $70 more than a standard unit. For 28-day rentals it starts at $245 per cycle plus delivery. The larger cabin and ground-level floor account for the difference.
Units and features
Colin Rental Works rents the PolyJohn PJN3 standard porta potty, the PolyJohn Fleet flushing unit with sink, the PolyJohn Comfort XL wheelchair-accessible unit, the 2-station PolyJohn Bravo hand wash station, and 2-stall or 4-stall restroom trailers. The standard and deluxe units each hold 60 gallons and arrive stocked with toilet paper.
Does the standard porta potty have a sink or hand sanitizer?
The standard PolyJohn PJN3 has a toilet seat, a urinal and a hand sanitizer dispenser, but no sink. For running water, add a hand wash station or choose the deluxe flushing unit, which has a built-in sink with soap and paper towels.
Do you have a porta potty that flushes and has a sink?
The PolyJohn Fleet deluxe unit has a fresh-water flush and a built-in hand sink with soap and paper towels. The flush water is refilled at every service. This unit suits weddings, showers, backyard parties and older guests who want something closer to a home bathroom.
Is the deluxe porta potty bigger than the standard one?
The deluxe Fleet is 47 inches wide, while the standard PJN3 is 43.5 inches wide. Both are 91 inches tall and about 47 inches deep, and both hold 60 gallons. The deluxe feels nicer because of the sink, flush and shelf rather than a much larger cabin.
Do you have handicap-accessible porta potties?
The PolyJohn Comfort XL is a wheelchair-accessible porta potty with a 62-by-62-inch footprint, a 32-inch door opening, a ground-level floor with no step and handrails at 33 inches. Whether a site meets ADA rules also depends on the setup around the unit, such as a firm, level path to the door.
Can I get one handicap unit and one regular unit?
Mixing units on one order is common. Many church and public events take one wheelchair-accessible unit plus one or more standard units. Everything arrives on the same truck and appears on one itemized quote, with each unit on its own line.
Do you rent hand wash stations?
The PolyJohn Bravo hand wash station has 2 foot-pump sinks, a 22-gallon fresh-water tank, soap and paper towels. The manufacturer rates it at nearly 350 uses per fill. It starts at $115 for an event when delivered with a toilet.
Do you have bathroom trailers?
2-stall and 4-stall restroom trailers have flushing toilets, vanity sinks with running water, mirrors, lights and a fan or heat. A 2-stall weekend starts at $1,095 and a 4-stall weekend at $1,695, with Zone 1 delivery included.
Does a porta potty need to be hooked up to water or power?
A porta potty needs no water, sewer or power hookup. The standard, deluxe, wheelchair-accessible and hand wash units are self-contained and ready when the driver sets them down. Only restroom trailers need a 120V 20-amp outlet within 100 feet and a garden hose or onboard tank fill.
Do you have towable porta potties?
A standard unit mounted on a single-axle trailer is available for crews that move between sites, such as road, utility, landscaping and farm crews. Pricing depends on the job and how long you keep it, so call (937) 230-2836 for a quote.
Cleaning and servicing
Long-term and 28-day rentals get weekly service: the tank is pumped, the inside is scrubbed, the blue deodorizer is refilled, and toilet paper and sanitizer are restocked. Event rentals arrive cleaned and stocked, with no mid-event visit unless you add one for $45. A service slip or text follows every visit.
How often do you clean the porta potty?
28-day and long-term rentals are serviced once a week, which works out to four visits per cycle. One-week rentals include one service. Busy sites can add a second weekly visit for $45 each in Zones 1–2. The guide to how porta potties are cleaned walks through a visit.
What happens during a service visit?
A service visit includes pumping the tank, scrubbing and washing the inside surfaces, refilling the blue deodorizer, and restocking toilet paper and sanitizer. Deluxe units and hand wash stations also get fresh water, soap and paper towels. You get a service slip or text after each visit.
Do event rentals get cleaned during the event?
Event rentals arrive cleaned and fully stocked, and no visit is included during a 1–3 day event. A mid-event service costs $45 per visit, and big or multi-day {L('/event-porta-potty-rental/','events')} get daily service scheduled. Most single-day parties under 4 hours don't need a visit.
Will the porta potty smell?
Odor stays low when the unit is sized right and serviced on time. Each unit has a vent pipe and deodorizer in the tank. Smell builds when too many people share one unit, so follow the 1-unit-per-50-guests guideline and add a service for hot, long events.
Can I get an extra cleaning?
Extra service can be requested by phone or text at (937) 230-2836 for $45 per visit in Zones 1–2. The visit is usually done the next business day. Job sites where more than 10 workers share a unit should add a second weekly service.
What if the gate is locked on service day?
Text dispatch the gate code, or text to move the visit to another day. When the crew knows ahead of time, the visit gets rescheduled instead of missed. A quick text the evening before saves a wasted trip.
Do you service porta potties in winter?
Service continues all winter. From November through March, a non-toxic antifreeze brine goes into the tank at every service at no extra charge, since Dayton's January lows average near 20°F. Read more in winter porta potty rental in Ohio.
Events and weddings
Plan on 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests for an event up to 4 hours. Add 1 unit per 100 guests when the event runs over 4 hours, and another 1 per 100 guests if alcohol is served. Add 1 hand wash station per 4 toilets when food is served, plus at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit at public events.
How many porta potties do I need for 100 guests?
For 100 guests at an event up to 4 hours, plan on 2 standard units. Make it 3 if the event runs 4–8 hours, and add 1 more if there's a bar. Add a hand wash station if food is served. The porta potty calculator does the math for any guest count.
Is one porta potty enough for a 50-person party?
One standard unit covers about 50 guests for a party up to 4 hours. For a longer party, or one with drinks, add a second unit. A hand wash station next to the toilet helps when food is on the table.
How many porta potties does a wedding need?
A 150-guest wedding lasting 6 hours with a bar needs about 7 units: 3 for the guest count, 2 for the length and 2 for alcohol. That count also calls for 1 wheelchair-accessible unit and 2 hand wash stations. See wedding porta potty rental for setups couples use.
Can you deliver for a church event on Saturday or Sunday?
Church and weekend events get a Friday delivery (or Saturday morning on request) and a Monday pickup at no extra charge. Tax-exempt churches skip sales tax with a certificate on file. Many churches add a wheelchair-accessible unit. See event porta potty rental.
Should I get deluxe porta potties or a restroom trailer for a wedding?
A restroom trailer has flushing toilets, running water, mirrors and lights, and it suits a long reception. It needs a 120V outlet and a level spot about 20 by 8 feet. Deluxe flushing units cost less and fit tighter spots. Compare both in porta potty vs restroom trailer.
Do I need a hand washing station for my event?
Add a hand wash station whenever food is served or 50 or more guests attend: 1 station per 4 toilets, with a minimum of 1. A deluxe flushing unit has its own sink, but it serves one person at a time, so food lines still move faster with a separate station.
Do I need a permit for a porta potty at a party?
Private property usually needs no permit. A unit on a street, sidewalk or tree lawn, or in a city park, usually needs a permit from that city, and HOAs may limit placement. Check with the city or HOA first. See porta potty permit rules near Dayton.
Should I get extra units for a hot summer event?
Events over 4 hours in July and August benefit from a $45 mid-event service or one extra unit. Dayton summer highs reach the mid-80s with humidity, and heat makes a busy unit less pleasant faster. Place units in shade when the site allows it.
Construction and job sites
OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, and 1 toilet seat plus 1 urinal per 40 workers above that. Our own recommendation is 1 weekly-serviced unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week. A 28-day standard job site rental starts at $175 per cycle plus $75 delivery and pickup.
How many porta potties does OSHA require on a job site?
OSHA 1926.51(c) Table D-1 requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers for 20 or more, and 1 seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers for 200 or more. Confirm with your safety officer, since this is not legal advice.
Our supplier didn't show up. Can you get a unit to our job site today?
Call (937) 230-2836 by 12:00 noon, Monday through Saturday, and a job site in Zone 1 or 2 can get same-day delivery when a truck is available. The flat $50 rush fee is its own line. The dispatcher confirms on the call. See construction porta potty rental.
Do construction sites need a hand wash station?
OSHA 1926.51(f) requires washing facilities for workers who apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, or who work around other harmful contaminants. A 2-sink hand wash station starts at $150 per 28 days with weekly refill. Your safety officer has the final word on what the site needs.
How often is a job site toilet cleaned?
Job site units are serviced weekly: pumped, scrubbed, deodorized and restocked, with a service slip or text after each visit. One unit handles about 10 workers on a 40-hour week. When more than 10 share a unit, add a second weekly service for $45.
Can you put a lock on a job site porta potty?
A padlock hasp is free on request and keeps the public out after hours. The key or combination is left where you say, such as the job trailer or a lockbox. Tell dispatch the combination so service crews can get in on service day.
Do you offer monthly invoicing for contractors?
Approved contractors can get monthly invoicing instead of paying by card for each order. Ask the dispatcher when you place your first order. Job names or PO numbers can go on each invoice so charges are easy to match to the right project.
Do you rent porta potties for farms and seasonal crews?
Farms with field workers fall under OSHA 1928.110: 1 toilet and 1 handwashing facility per 20 workers, within a quarter-mile walk. Towable units can follow a crew between fields. See long-term porta potty rental for seasonal pricing.
Homes and remodels
A home rental for a remodel or septic repair usually runs on a 28-day cycle starting at $175 plus $75 delivery and pickup, with weekly cleaning included. Short projects can use a one-week rental from $195 with one service. Nobody needs to be home for delivery, and a standard unit fits through a 48-inch gate.
My contractor says I need a porta potty for my remodel. How does it work?
Call with your ZIP code, start date and the spot you want. The unit usually arrives the next business day, gets cleaned weekly, and stays until you call or text for pickup. Most remodels use the 28-day cycle. See porta potty rental for home projects.
Can I rent a porta potty at my house for just a week?
A one-week rental starts at $195 and includes one service, which fits a bathroom remodel or a short roofing job. Delivery and pickup are part of the itemized quote. If the work runs long, the dispatcher can switch you to a 28-day rental.
My septic failed. How fast can I get a porta potty?
Call (937) 230-2836 by noon, Monday through Saturday, and a home in Zone 1 or 2 can get a unit the same day when a truck is free, for a flat $50 rush fee. Septic repairs often take weeks, so the 28-day rate with weekly cleaning usually fits. See same-day delivery.
Can the order be in someone else's name?
An order can be placed for a homeowner, tenant or relative. Give the dispatcher the name for the order, the person paying and a second contact who should get the driver's texts. The invoice goes to whoever is paying.
Can the porta potty go in the backyard?
Backyard placement works when the gate or path is at least 48 inches clear for a standard unit, the ground is firm and level, and the spot is within about 15 feet of the truck or along a path a dolly can roll. Mention soft lawns so the crew can plan the route.
Can you put it as close to the house as possible?
The unit can sit beside the house, garage or driveway as long as the ground is firm and level and the crew can reach it. Many homeowners pick a spot near the work area but away from open windows and patios. The porta potty placement guide shows good spots.
Does my HOA allow a porta potty in the driveway?
HOA rules vary. Some limit how long a unit can stay or where it can sit, such as beside the garage instead of the front lawn. Ask your HOA before delivery, and tell the dispatcher any rule so the driver places the unit to match.
Placement, gates and access
A porta potty needs firm, level ground within about 15 feet of where the truck parks, or along a path a dolly can roll. A standard unit is 43.5 inches wide, so gates need 48 inches clear; the wheelchair-accessible unit needs about 66 inches. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk X.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nobody needs to be home for delivery or pickup. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk X, or text a photo with the spot circled. Leave the gate unlocked or text the code, and the driver handles the rest.
How do I show the driver where to put it?
Put a cone, flag or chalk X where the door should face, or text a photo of the spot to dispatch. Notes like "behind the garage, door facing the yard" go on the order for the driver. The placement guide covers spacing and door direction.
Our yard has a slope. Can the porta potty still go there?
A mild slope is fine, but a steep one is not, because the unit must sit level for the door, latch and tank to work right. If the yard is steep, a driveway, patio edge or flat strip near the street usually works better.
Will a porta potty fit through a normal gate?
A standard unit is 43.5 inches wide, so a gate needs at least 48 inches clear. The deluxe unit is 47 inches wide, so measure before booking. The wheelchair-accessible unit needs about 66 inches. A single walk-through gate is often too narrow; tell dispatch your measurement.
What if the gate is locked when the driver arrives?
Text the gate code before delivery day, or leave the gate open. If the driver can't reach the spot, the driver calls you. A locked site that blocks delivery can mean a $50 trip charge under the rental terms, so share access details early.
It can't go in the parking lot. Can it go on a specific slab?
The unit goes where you ask, as long as the spot is firm, level and reachable. Name the slab, side of the building or corner of the lot, and the note goes on the order. A photo with the spot marked helps the driver most.
What should I tell dispatch about access?
Mention low wires or branches, gate codes, locked gates, soft or wet lawns, parked cars and narrow paths. Also share a site contact. These details help the crew bring the right equipment and keep the delivery on the first trip.
Where does a restroom trailer go?
A restroom trailer needs a level spot about 20 by 8 feet that a pickup can tow into from a driveway or road. It also needs a 120V 20-amp outlet within 100 feet and a garden hose or onboard tank fill. Soft lawns may not hold a trailer after rain.
Pickup, extensions and cancellation
Event rentals are picked up on the date set when you book, usually Monday after a weekend event. Long-term rentals renew every 28 days until you call or text for pickup, and billing stops the day you ask. Cancellation is free until 3 p.m. the business day before delivery; after that, a $50 trip charge applies.
Do I have to call for pickup, or will you just come get it?
Event rentals have a pickup date set at booking, so nothing more is needed from you. Long-term and 28-day rentals stay until you call or text for pickup, because jobs often run long. Pickup usually happens within a business day or two of your request.
What if I need to keep it longer than a month?
Keep it. The 28-day rental renews on its own, weekly service continues, and no new delivery fee is charged. When the job wraps up, call or text for pickup, and billing stops that day.
If I call for pickup mid-cycle, do I pay for the whole cycle?
The first 28-day cycle is the minimum for a long-term rental. After that, billing stops on the day you request pickup, so you aren't charged for a cycle you don't use. Call or text as soon as you know the end date.
How do I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Cancel by phone or text before 3 p.m. the business day before delivery, and it's free with a full refund. After that, a $50 trip charge applies and the rest is refunded. The full policy is on the rental terms and cancellation policy page.
Can I change the delivery date or location?
Date, location and unit changes are free before 3 p.m. the business day before delivery, as long as a truck and unit are open for the new date. Call or text the change so the dispatcher can confirm it on the spot.
Can I add a sink or another unit after I book?
Add a hand wash station, another toilet or a hasp any time before delivery, and it rides on the same truck when the route allows. The added item goes on your quote as a new line, and you see the new total before paying.
Can I keep my event rental an extra day?
Call or text before the scheduled pickup day. If the unit isn't booked for another job, the dispatcher quotes the extra days and moves the pickup. Nothing changes on your bill until you agree to the new price.
What happens if bad weather hits on delivery day?
Ice, flooding or severe storms can delay a route. When that happens, dispatch calls or texts with a new time, and you aren't charged for a delay caused by weather. Event deliveries get priority on the next safe trip.
Payment and paperwork
Colin Rental Works takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover by phone or through a secure pay link sent by text or email. Nothing needs to be printed. Tax-exempt groups send a certificate to remove sales tax, and approved contractors can get monthly invoicing. The itemized quote matches the final bill.
Do I pay a deposit or the full price?
Event and one-week rentals are paid in full when you book. Long-term rentals are charged at the start of each 28-day cycle. Approved contractor accounts can be invoiced monthly instead. Payment details are on the rental terms page.
Do you take American Express?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. Pay over the phone with the dispatcher, or use the secure pay link sent by text or email. The card is charged for the itemized total on your quote.
Can you send a payment link so I don't read my card over the phone?
A secure pay link can be sent by text or email instead. Open it on your phone, check the itemized total and pay there. Your card number never has to be read aloud, and nothing needs to be printed.
Do I have to print or sign anything?
Nothing needs to be printed. The quote and pay link work on a phone, so you review and pay in one place. If an email doesn't arrive, check the spam folder or ask for the link by text.
Can I pay the driver with a check when the unit arrives?
Drivers don't collect payment at delivery. Pay by card over the phone or with the pay link before delivery day. Churches, schools and businesses that need to pay another way can ask about monthly invoicing for approved accounts.
Can you put my company name on the invoice?
A company name, job name or PO number can go on the invoice for reimbursement. The invoice can also go to a bookkeeper or whoever is paying. This is common for job site rentals and remodel contractors.
Will I get a confirmation?
A confirmation with the delivery date, unit list and itemized total goes out by text or email after you book. The driver's text about 30 minutes before arrival is your second reminder. Questions about an order go to dispatch by phone, text or form.
Emergencies and same-day
Call (937) 230-2836 by 12:00 noon, Monday through Saturday, for same-day delivery in Zones 1 and 2. The dispatcher confirms on the call whether a truck can make it, and the flat $50 rush fee shows as its own line. Zone 3 same-day happens only when a truck is already routed there.
My event starts at 2 p.m. Can you get a porta potty here by noon?
An exact arrival time can't be promised, even on a same-day order. Call as early as you can, and the dispatcher tells you honestly whether a truck can reach you before the event. A "morning drop" note goes on the order. See same-day porta potty rental.
What does same-day delivery cost?
Same-day delivery adds a flat $50 rush fee to the normal rental price. A standard event unit in Zone 1 starts at $165, so same-day starts at $215 before tax. The rush fee is shown on its own line, not hidden in the unit price.
What if I call after noon?
Orders placed after 12:00 noon usually go on the next business day's route. Call anyway, because a truck may still be close by, and the dispatcher will say so. A Saturday afternoon order is scheduled for Monday, since there are no Sunday deliveries.
Can you help when a home sewer or septic line fails?
A same-day or next-morning unit keeps a household running while the plumber works. Septic and sewer repairs often take weeks, so the 28-day rental with weekly cleaning usually fits best. See home porta potty rental for placement tips.
Can you supply restroom trailers and wash stations for an emergency shelter?
Restroom trailers and hand wash stations can be set up for shelters, cooling centers and other emergencies where a 120V 20-amp outlet and water are available. Call (937) 230-2836 with the headcount and site details, and the dispatcher tells you what can go out that day.
Can you deliver on Sunday in an emergency?
Sunday deliveries aren't offered, even for emergencies, because the office and trucks are closed. Call by noon Saturday for same-day Saturday delivery, or call Monday at 7 a.m. to get on that day's route.
